it is really crazy how rich people are able to prolong the suffering of these families. This is incredibly frustrating. I get the defence team has to do their job but the judge truly needs to rain in the defence
🧐He's no different than the lady who slaughtered an entire family at the intersection of Slauson and La Brea. He should be punished just the same, of course we know, though, he has the complexion for protection🙄
I don't think it really matters if he was on his phone or not. It's the recklessness, the speed, & him losing control of his vehicle that is the real issue. It's the 4 girls he killed that really matters.

I am concerned the jury might not want to convict him on a 2nd degree murder charge... Instead of some level of manslaughter. I hope they include some lesser charges, just in case.
If he was driving at 100+ mph & the actual speed limit is 45mph, this "accident" was inevitable due to HIS actions & the choices HE made. Therefore, he should be severely punished & show some remorse for taking 4 young lives, instead of refusing to take any accountability! His excuses are nonsensical & pathetic! 😤 ... imo
It's interesting that the expert says his phone was locked during the time the key witness says he saw him texting. His excessive speeding is probably going to be his undoing unless jurors feel sorry for him.
Once again, an A HOLE PERsecutor over charging! It was a freaking accident! They are partially to blame! 2nd degree murder is IDIOTIC! The most it should be is vehicular homicide! 3.5 to 7 years sentence! If I was on the jury that is the most I would vote guilty on! One count! Depending on the evidence, As low as speeding and reckless driving! Murder 2 is laughable!
This is one case I hope AJ does not win. Everyone knows that you can kill someone if you don't follow the road rules, so murder charges ae entirely appropriate.
4 AMAZING kids! Doing everything in life to get ahead.
This is what happens when money is the main idol in the home. Entitled, no remorse, daddy's money will save me.
Anything less than decades behind bars is a spit in the face of these devastated families.
Everyone is owed their day in court. But, I so fed up hearing "the rich kid and his high profile atty..." Four young women were run down. Your emphasis on the effn "rich kid" is disgusting. I can't even watch.
Fraser was going 100+ mph because he was driving a BMW. BMW drivers are some of the most reckless, dangerous drivers on America's streets and highways and are also very common in street takeovers. And I don't care if the charges stay second degree murder. No more driving for this dude.
Every person that has killed someone on this stretch of road has never been charged with murder and some have been drunk driving. People need to get the facts of the case and what's going on before spitting out " He's a rich kid and should go to jail " FACTS PEOPLE HAVE YOU HEARD OF THEM
I’m not sure how defense attorneys can sleep at night but then again they’re getting paid a lot of money when you get in your vehicle and you drive 100 miles an hour most likely you’re going to kill somebody and that’s what he chose to do. He knew it was dangerous.
Hes going to have to do SOME TYPE of prison time maybe if it was just one person...say if it was just only the blk young lady he hit and killed I can see him getting probation but the fact it's 4 young women he's getting at least 2-4 because he's a rich handsome man with a teenage brain oh I. Sorry severe brain injury
Who cares about his injuries four beautiful young ladies 💝💝💝💝lost their lives what about their injuries 😭😔nitrous oxide can be used as a drug even though they are not accusing him of use🤔Ijs
Maybe Bohm was reading and scrolling texts and alerts from his locked screen?! I have all my alerts and notifications on my locked screen so I don't have to unlock it to read them.
I very much support murder charges being levied against anyone driving this recklessly in any non-desolate road. It is high time aholes like this are treated the same way as someone who shoots a gun randomly and accidentally shoots someone.
His lawyer Alan Jackson ran to where the money is. He was representing Rob Reiners son for his murder but Reiner couldnt come up with the money to represent him so Jackson ran to this case since this guy comes from a rich family and can put out the money to represent him. I think lawyers are nothing but money hungry wolves. I hope this rich spoiled brat doesnt walk free.😢
It is like you think he is more criminal for driving a car his parents gifted him. Who of us would say no to that gift? Please quit indicating he is guilty because of how much money his parents have. As a commentator shouldn't you at least pretend not to convict him before the trial especially since the main witness purposely lied? It is so off putting for your bias to be on full display.
