Copyright & DMCA — Takedown Policy
VidNexa respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. If you believe that material available on VidNexa infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown notice to our designated agent, or use the form below — both reach the same review queue.

Notices sent by email must contain the same information as the form below.
File a takedown notice
Under §512(c)(3), a valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and its location on VidNexa; your contact information; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner; and your signature. This form collects each element. No account is needed.
Under §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes, consider contacting the uploader or an attorney first.
What happens next
We review every notice. Where a notice is valid, we expeditiously disable access to the identified material, delete any locally hosted copy of its thumbnail, and add the material to a do-not-reimport blocklist so it cannot simply be uploaded again. Takedowns are recorded in a review queue with a full audit trail.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@vidnexa.com containing: your name, address and phone number; identification of the material removed and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or, if outside the United States, for the district in which VidNexa is located); a statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant; and your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid counter-notice we forward it to the complainant and, unless our agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action, we restore the material no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, as §512(g) provides.
Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances, VidNexa terminates the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Actioned takedown claims are counted against the uploader, and uploaders with repeated valid claims are flagged for review and termination.
