Shaka has a point about the age risk, but Kane is not a pace-reliant striker — his game is movement, link-up and finishing, and 10 goals and 9 assists already this season suggest the output is not dropping. If anyone can still be elite at 36, it is him.
Neither Harry Kane nor Lewandowski need speed for their game. They aren't wingers like Salah who have to dribble past an opponent. That's why you can't compare them. Even a Kane who's 10% worse is still outstanding

You can hear the ice creak and crack, but nobody can tell you when it’ll give way beneath you.<br><br>Comparing Kane to Salah misses the point. Salah has always relied on his pace and technique, two things that tend to fade fastest after 30. Kane’s strengths, especially his ability to read the game, should age much better. The question is how long his body can hold up and how long his craft can make up for what he loses physically.
