EUROPE REACTS TO U.S. MIDTERM RESULTS
"Today democracy won in America," said Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk, commenting on the Democrats' win in the U.S. midterm elections. His congratulations join a choir of other European officials, with some adding a note of prudence.

ADYGEA'S OZON LOGISTICS CENTER ON FIRE
A fire broke out at Ozon's logistics center in Adygea, Russia overnight into Wednesday following what Russian authorities and the company described as a Ukrainian drone attack. All staff were evacuated safely, with no injuries reported.
