I've gone to chiro's for years. Several different ones due to moves. Not one has asked for me to take my clothes off. When I get my tailbone worked on they even ask for a proxy in the room to make sure I feel safe, and they're safe from allegations. That's how you know your chiro isn't a perv.

I'm surprised he didn't get this thrown out of court. They "detained" him and then transported him a significant distance from the area while explicitly stating that he was "not under arrest". There is already caselaw covering the illegality of this by way of Kaupp v Texas.
