This is so sad, especially for the children. When will the world realise Gen pop are nothing but collateral for their petty grievances. We citizens always pay the price for them.

Why is the BBC reporting this?? Yemen gets bombed by the Saudis daily. The famine isn't a climate issue. It's us and the Americans giving the Saudis weapons and military stuff. Our governments are causing this genocide. It's old news. The lands dry because imports can't get in without getting bombed or robbed.

Where are all the protests on college campuses? Oh, there aren't any Jews involved? I guess it's fine then. Carry on.

Yemen is next to the ocean. Israel uses de-salinisation plants to turn sea water into drinking water and produces more than it needs. Perhaps if some of these nations looked to developing their nation instead of waging wars or oppressing their people through a religion then they might provide for their people and be able to grow crops in an otherwise inhospitable region/climate. Its the same situation as Palestine. If Hamas gave a dam about it's people they might think about what makes Israel so strong and copy the strategy. So much foreign aid and they spend it on warfare instead of the people. Another nation next to the ocean. Use the sea water, purify it and grow crops to feed your people. How many decades have we watched the same issues being presented by the media in exactly the same way.

of course no truth from the bbc - the British government has had sanctions on Yemen for 15 years (denying food and medicine to deliberately kill)

Why gather ignorant people on both sides to kill each other over the words of one person?

They made their choice to attack the one's who traditionally are willing to help so let them suffer the consequences. FAFO

It's always the same story, Islam state fails due to internal violence and corruption, terrorist organization forms and takes root in failed Islam state, terrorists launch attacks on nearby countries, attacked countries retaliate, failed Islam state and terrorists blame state failure on neighboring self-defending countries and claim victim.

I'm sick of it, so many lies and deception, so much violence and deaths.

We'll pretend the US hasn't had sanctions on Yemen for a long time, including prior bombings and of course arming Saudi Arabia in their war against Yemen.

This is what the US does. I hope any Americans watching this realize how evil your government really is. 500k people starved in Iraq in the 90s. 100k children starved to death in the war in Yemen.
Youre country is not what they tell you it is.
Same goes for the Brits too. Shame on the BBC reporting on this and pretending like you are not part of it.

Yet again, the UK sticks its nose into another country's affairs and gets involved in another conflict. How many more countries will be caught up in war before we learn to keep our noses out?

Saud| Arabia is solely responsible for this. Let’s not twist this with rhetoric and terms like “international recognized government”
