Less we not forget, Nigeria requested a U.S. presence to help combat ISIS, Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, etc.. Do nothing, they hate you. Do something they hate you. This is why the founders of the U.S. laid down a doctrine of 'no foreign interventions' to begin with. There are nations in this world that are governed horribly, and simply never improve. It's not the purpose of the U.S. tax payer to finance endless foreign stupidity. 🙄
