I finish work and my ford fiesta wont reverse, felling so hopeless with no money trying all tbe tricks i know but didn't work, so happy i found thia video i try the key on - off ( without tuning the engine) 3 times like u said in thia video, and it work like magic. I reset the my car in the radio air conditioning heater is not working my battery for 12 was bad I went to buy a new one I put it in in the car drain the battery I took all the plugs from the battery 12 and the orange one with the three clips I'm going to leave it alone and come back and put everything back on and see if it would work

I have a 97 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0 the check engine light reads O2 downstream sensor and Catalytic converter I had the catalytic converter changed 3 times and the downstream sensor changed 4 and it still reads those two codes. I thought maybe the ECM is bad and someone else said the same thing what you think 🤔🤔🤔

Fortunately I have a 94 Jeep YJ so none of this applies.
You can unplug and replug all day long, it will not solve the condition of your service engine soon light from coming on unless it's from a poor connection. Take it to auto zone they will test it out and even reset it. For free, This gives you the area to look at.

Would these tricks and or one of them work on my 2012 toyota camry. My wife was driving and it suddenly died hard to steer break and lights. Went to check battery was dead. Replaced battery barely made it home. Alternator was dead. Replaced that and now it barely wants to start like the battery is dead but still has power. Battery good alternator good. Got my starter tested they said it was bad so I replaced that. Still the same issue. No corrosion on cables fuses still good. Replaced the spark plugs still no luck. Was thinkn could be the fuel pump but when it starts it's like the battery is dying like i said. Any ideas. Could it be a relay?

I'm hoping that my failed gas tank gauge will reset after a battery swap. Very annoying. Ten minutes later and the gas gauge is working! At least now I KNOW I'm out of gas. Beats the hell out of using the odometer. Sitting in it now waiting for ten minutes to pass but the gauge continues telling me the truth. THANKS!! UPDATE It's been nine minutes and the idle just smoothed out. The gas gauge is reading true now too. It used to show accurate but would immediately start jumping around and slowly goes up to a full false reading. Right now it's still normal without all that nonsense. YOU JUST SAVED ME $150 easy. Minimum. If this is still normal after a week I'm sending you some scratch. 2nd update; the gas gauge only reads normally when I start the car. When I actually move the car the glitch returned, but now my 2003 Buick Regal ls is running better than it ever has. Saweet! At least when I start driving I know at the start what gas I actually have. I guess it's fuel gauge replacement time. In my car it's just a $150 fix. C-ya!

I have a 2005 Honda Accord that was sitting for a few months. I replaced the battery, maf sensor, and tps. Now it idles at 3000rpm. I tried all of these except the last one. It's also a 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual if that makes a difference.
2012 Honda Civic tires changed and I can't get the lights out because my tires have been changed and I guess the sensors went bad so the lights won't go out now

I have a 2013 merc c200. I am getting an anti theft activated message on my radio every time I start it. Holding the power button for 10 seconds fixes the issue but it’s a pain having to do this every time. Reckon if I do the battery disconnect it may fix the issue?

Thanks for your video which will be most helpful in the future I'm sure. It was so enlightening that I have subscribed in case something related goes wrong again with my 2010 Ford Focus here in UK. I had intermittent flashing lights and codes coming up on my dash and the local "so called" Diagnostic Centre charged me £150 to tell me that there was nothing that they could find because everything worked fine while they had it for two days. Well, as the saying goes "If it 'aint broke, I can't fix it." They quoted me £900 to remove the dash, repair the problem that they were sure to find when disassembled, and re install the dash. So I went on to You Tube and found a company that repairs the dash for £69 and then on to another guy that showed how the dash was easy to remove and replace. Short story from beginning to end, it cost me £67 in total and 15 minutes to remove and then refit the dash! The Diagnostic Centre had quoted me £300 to do the same job! I will be watching your site with baited breath. Thanks once again for the tips for the future problems that may occur.

Have Opel astra 1.7 cdti from 2011 and when engine is cold and I start the engine “ service vehicle soon “ pop up engine works unevenly shakes and I see blue-white smoke coming out exhaust for 1 minute after that work just fine, when I turn it off and then turn on again there is no message “ service vehicle soon “ and no smoke, I guess it is a glowing plug ? . Someone with similar problem TY

Autozone or O'Reilly's will read all of your car computer codes and reset them to zero for free. They will also test alternators and batteries for free.
On-Run-On-Run-On-Run within 10 seconds on a Chrysler is called "Key Dance" and lets the computer blink out all stored Fault Codes on the "Check Engine" light on the dash. Codes are 2 digit numbers and whatever is stored is terminated with 55, 5 rapid blinks, brief pause, 5 more rapid blinks.<br>Ex. The code 42 is the alternator field coil is shorted.

car crank but don't start. a ghost is living around and just caused this for me. No other 2013 Chrysler 200 is easy, as if my car is difficult to work on. Even Scotty Kilmer said it. Online they have the 2012 and the 2015 but I don't see the 2013. Would that be difficult? Just removing the plastic dome, I had to cut 2 bolts. Meaning that the spark plugs never got changed. How else to dish out the plastic dome, very easy on the 2015 model, as if the parts fall in the hands. I remember changing the starter how much bangs had to be done because of a couple thousands of inches over. Press fit tolerances? Scotty Kilmer said it is the worse car that he worked on. Beta, prototype...
Want a system rest? Disconnect battery, neg and pos, leave alone for a good while, power drains. Faster, connect the disconnected battery cables to each other by a wire, drains system power. ECU and other modules drain residual power.
Any good scanner recommendations less than 600$?
