He’s a repeat offender, he got lucky to have even gotten a second chance before but now he’s had multiple and still hasn’t received punishment. Who knows how many kids this predator has violated already, his current mindset is that he’ll never go to prison for his crimes. The sooner he’s locked up, the better for the community.
