So as the planet continues to advance through the interglacial period warming up on its way, the weather could change and it might get hotter or maybe not, I glad the BBC spent all this money to tell people what they could observe for themselves.

If only our government wasnt taxing energy up to 40% through direct taxation and levies. Perhaps people would have more money to spend on heating. But its ok, we can use log burners, ah, no, they want them banned as well, but its ok, you can have a solar farm that wont work in the winter and wind farms that dont spin at night (as much) what could possibly go wrong.

hinkley Point had over 7000 design changes, That is why it costs so much. if we did what any other sane country would do and thats buy off the shelf, no changes, no prolonged consolation and ordered say 6 of them (keep in mind you will need 15 2.2GW reactors if you want everyone in electric cars) the cost would be dramatically cheaper.

The mess we find ourselves in is because we have created a perfect storm of alarm-ism from the BBC that drives public opinion, which drives political vote mining which drives policy - Who cares if it doesnt pan out, all they need is your vote and the BBC your clicks

I'll answer this: You live in England. The winter is NEVER cold relative to cold places. It wont be as bad as the mildest winter anywhere in Canada. Kids in Winnipeg still wait outside for the school bus when its -30c.
Youll be fine

We have SSW's every Winter, sometimes they lead to cold weather in the UK sometimes they don't. We had an early SSW last November, that was supposed to be a strong one too, as it turned out it was a weak and didn't have any impact on UK weather.

Natural lifecycle is my passion and observations of all ecosystem life is more reliable than social life.
I have spent over 6 months working on my project that is completely based on natural ecosystem lifecycle and based on my observations it’s natural process of shifting the seasons approximately one month, all ecosystem lifecycle is kind confused but will adapt as human society kind lost completely connection with natural lifecycle and guessing, coming with ideas and names for personal reasons when it’s so simple to understand if you understand that reality is not magic or imagination.

It would be nice to get some snow for once, has been decades since a decent snowfall in the South of UK! Unfortunately, we won't be able top enjoy it much as the powers that be decided to use windmills to power our energy grid and so will likely suffer blackouts as a "wind drought" covers the UK during a very cold spell!

I dont know if youll read this. But for 33 years i've followed the end of the world thing, watching for all the metrics, the signs that point to it happening. I have used an app called the RSOE EDIS, and monitor every earthquake, burp from the earth, wildfires, disease, everything and I can tell you now, we are IN the end of the world, theres no stopping it, no turning back, no way to stop it, it has BEGUN. And i dont mean the end of the planet, but our way of life. The stackable crises, are OVERWHELMING. Please for the love of heaven PREPARE. Things are going to get real weird. I get you may ignore this, and thats fine, you dont know me. But I do know what im talking about, and if you could just believe me, and stock up, get some off grid stuff, radios, and prepare...for WAY more than 3 days, youll save your family, and I can sleep better knowing others are safer from this message.

Good luck. Its going to be everything, all at once.
