This administration works in a corkscrew way and is this war a way to destroy the oil and gas industry in that area and move in with US oil and gas? I know it sounds tinfoil hat but the US benefited from staying out of WW1 and WW2 while Europe destroyed each other's manufacturing.

Trump said the Strait of Hormuz was clear and open, didn't he? I seem to remember Trump said the Strait of Hormuz was cleared of Iranian Naval presence, I guess he forgot that marine mines are Naval. But in his defense, he is just a real-estate broker.

Nobody hit any mines today, the Iranians can’t name the ships, no ships have reported in distress, and the satellite view doesn’t show any fires.<br><br>You can’t sink a 1200 foot oil tanker and not have some evidence. All you’ve got is a fire on one small vessel, and that isn’t even linked to any Iranian action.
