FRANCE 24 English talks a lot about PM Netanyahu and his elections. And so does the whole Western mainstream media.That is only logical. They don't have much to talk about "President" Abbas as his elections. He just cancelled his elections, once again. lol

An Urgent Appeal: Protect Orthodox Christians and Amhara People in Ethiopia<br><br>To world leaders, religious institutions, and human rights organizations:<br><br>We appeal for urgent action to stop the killings of Ethiopian Orthodox Christians and Amhara civilians. The deaths of priests, monks, worshippers, and families demand international attention, independent investigation, and accountability.<br><br>Reports from affected communities and human rights advocates indicate that many of these killings have been carried out by, or with the involvement of, Ethiopian government security forces. These serious allegations require immediate, independent, and transparent international investigation to establish the facts and ensure accountability for all perpetrators.<br><br>No one should live in fear because of their faith or ethnicity. We call on Ethiopian federal and regional authorities to protect threatened communities, prevent attacks on churches, cease all actions that endanger civilians, and ensure that those responsible, including members of security forces and any other armed actors, are held accountable through fair and independent proceedings.<br><br>We urge the international community to move beyond statements of concern and press for civilian protection, humanitarian access, credible investigations, and accountability for violations of human rights and international humanitarian law.<br><br>This is an appeal for human dignity, justice, and peace. Please speak out. Ethiopian lives must not be forgotten.
