This phrase is the historic calling card of the Far-Left and Anarchist movements (such as Antifa and Black Bloc networks). These groups frequently embed themselves in mainstream protests to escalate property destruction, targeting banks, luxury stores, and municipal buildings. For them, the infrastructure collapse is just an excuse to attack the capitalist state. Sure, students wanted to protest but were hijacked by the far left, they stick their claws in groups like this and drag themselves along for the ride. They like to manipulate and confuse people as much as they can so i understand why so many truly have no idea what the fuel behind them are for.
