Obviously the isolation cell has to be equipped with a toilet and shower or the necessary to clean oneself and dispose of the human waste. For the rest of my life i will live in a few square meters. Anything more than dignity is a luxury in the isolation cell. What a person needs that you would sacrifice the water of a river for?. Being alone communicated is not torture.
