Looks like a classic Spanish mess, that is through the whole country. The traffic control system (LZB) goes off and looks like the dispatcher (Adif?) erroneously sent the AVE train to the Iryo. Its not confirmed yet.

Spain needs to stop giving rail bad name by doing whatever it's doing.
This is horrifying. I work in the rail industry and incidents like this give me a horrible eerie feeling that’s hard to explain. I can’t understand how this could happen, not once but twice as well. Absolutely tragic.
