They spent money but bought three average central midfielders for exorbitant fees

We should be talking more about Brighton. Give them more spotlight. Man United is a finished club. Has been for years.

ESPNFC views would be cut in half if it didn’t use Man Utd thumbnails.

A half-hearted ownership group with no proven track record, a novice manager who's done nothing to deserve managing one of the biggest clubs in the world, and a squad that's a mixture of good, decent and average players, but also one with a lot of deadwood that should have been moved on years ago, and not one player you'd call truly elite.

It's simply not a winning project. Utd have gone around in circles for years, and it looks like they'll continue to do so with that ownership group. They're on the never-ending roundabout.

completely right. and that’s been the case now
they’re an epitome of mediocrity living off greatness and relevancy from decades ago
