The people are truly getting screwed.

Nationally, we have our own incompetent government over spending and mismanaging our tax payer dollars from cost blowouts to billions in corrupt mismanagement.

Then globally, we have leaders prolonging wars that no one asked for, increasing petrol prices and the inflationary effect on cost of goods.

Albanese & Chalmers are spending way too much, when Dr. Jim “King of Spin” Chalmers says that he is finding savings, it’s NOT NETT SAVINGS, which means government spending continues to rise, fueling higher inflation, higher interest rates, higher taxation, higher unemployment and higher government debt.

Why is the RBA still trying to achieve 2-3% inflation target DURING A WAR?? It's impossible.
People will continue spending on essentials. The biggest drivers of inflation last month were housing expenses and transport related costs increasing. If you remove essentials from inflation calculations, then the inflation rate is actually 0%. How does another 0.25% interest rate rise lower spending on essentials like mortgages, rents, energy and transport related expenses?
