We all have a conservative and liberal side. Many of us are frustrated by the political pendulum swings that misses where most people live...somewhere around the middle. This is so bad a non-party &quot;party&quot; was created called: Independents, that is now 1/3 of the voting block of 1/3 liberal, and 1/3 conservatives.<br><br>Before this mid-term, it was hard to watch ANY good politician (or military person) leave because of Trumps extremes. Now, we are seeing the bad ones leave too. Trump lives in an island in his own broken mind. Isolated. And this is dangerous.<br><br>I hope conservatives finally realize that racism, bigotry, misogyny, abuse of children, grape, stealing tax payer money, green lighting being shot in the face, narcissism, hatred, xenophobia, paranoia, non-stop lying...etc, etc, etc...<br><br>Is not American. Interesting that Laura glosses over WHY FDR changed course and how he rallied the support. Pearl Harbor happpened and he sought approval for the entry into WWII. So it is inaccurate to compare it to the Iran war. It is a better comparison to the entry into Afghanistan post-911. Donald Trump entering the Iran war is akin more to our entry into the Iraq war.
