Trump: “Maybe a Few Changes” with Cabinet After Midterm Losses

The cruelty and brutality (which Steven Miller promoted) of ICE agents had weakened public support for Trump's aggressive immigration policies and contributed to the huge midterm losses. So, of course, using his horribly flawed judgement, Trump promotes the stormtrooper, Miller.

Big money buying political influence is how we got here in the first place. The growing influence of billionaires and wealthy special interests over our government, combined with Trump&#39;s corruption and betrayal of the very people who supported him, helped create the conditions behind the blue wave.<br><br>The real power in this country has always belonged to the people—not politicians or billionaires. It comes from our collective votes, voices, money, minds, and, perhaps most importantly, our attention. That is the power that gives politicians their authority and makes enormous fortunes and political influence possible. It is also the power capable of taking that influence away.<br><br>Yet, through fear, hate, propaganda, and relentless culture-war politics, the GOP and right-wing media have kept Americans divided, distracted, and fighting among themselves. While we were focused on our differences and arguing with one another, the wealthiest interests influencing our government continued advancing their own priorities, at the expense of ordinary Americans&#39; freedoms, benefits, public resources, and tax dollars.<br><br>That&#39;s the real irony: while Americans were being encouraged to fight each other, the people with the greatest financial and political influence had every reason to keep us looking everywhere except at where the power was actually being exercised.<br><br>The consequences extend far beyond any single administration. The damage to our institutions, public trust, economic security, and democratic processes could take decades to repair.

It might be better to sacrifice for another 2 years with corrupt, greedy, crazy trump. What is needed is a second blue tsunami, because in 2028, 19 more republican senators are up for reelection, if the Dems win the presidency in 2028, and they can flip 10 of those 19 republican seats, then the Dems will have a 2/3rds majority (with the vice pres) which will allow them to pass whatever laws are necessary to fix the broken supreme court, (remove corrupt judges, and set term limits), and also to pass voters rights, and pass one citizen, one Vote, get rid of presidential pardons, and a plethora of other necessary laws to protect our democracy into the future !!!!!!

Trump gave us permission to release our darkest and most twisted impulses. He gave us permission for lawlessness, cruelty, corruption, evil, and greed within us.The genie was out of the bottle. This is the banality of evil. That is why so many of us love him so much. But the Bible says there is a time and a season for everything. Now it is time to get back to sanity. Enough is enough. We need a reality check.
