P.S.: Florida's Mail-in-ballot return envelopes often arrive to voter already stuck shut from humidity. Not everyone can drive theirs to the Supervisor of Elections' office to document who taped theirs shut. as I did. Some tape is rejected by USPS, <br>....or selectively rejected or set aside for special consideration by recipients if "security" of contents not having been tampered with is uncertain..
