Dropped off my ballot yesterday and that polling station was packed! Had to park a short distance away just to walk over. Glad the election turn out was robust and it was my very first time voting during a midterm election. All the judges on the ballots that I have no clue about and just left blank.

The Dems need a white, moderately conservative man on the ballot for 2028. It’s a very backwards, conservative country, the Democrats need someone to focus on economics, not ‘progressive’ social issues in order to win. What will disappoint someone, not to name him, is that not only republicans lost, but republicans admit they lost, in his dysfunctional brain, you loose only if you admit, as long as you do not admit, the elections were rigged, canadian interference or what ever, the elections were stolen, you did not lost.

Dems shouldn’t get comfortable. The success is based off of the disdain for Trump rather than their policies winning it. TBH, this election was a given. Good for change but they shouldn’t revert back to those outdated talking points and for the love of God, no more women trying to run for President. A lame duck presidency just stalls most meaningful change and people will start wondering if going blue was worth it. As much as I dislike saying it....now is NOT the time to advance a socialist OR a woman to the general election in 28. We&#39;ll get crucified. Save that fight for another day.
