Focused Coverage Gaps. $4 billion cannot fix the national insurance crisis, but it is enough to completely transform healthcare for a major American city, fund a sprawling hospital network, or buy tens of millions of doctor visits and prescriptions for those who need them most. We gave that away annually to a country that can care less about Americans.
