Trump has made the following claims: 1,) That the retired school teacher, Candidate Daniel J. Sullivan Jr., actually attempted to change his name so that his middle initial was changed to "S" matching the middle initial of the Incumbent Dan S. Sullivan. 2.) Trump says that "no one" knows what "Incumbent" means, so even though the ballots reflect that Daniel S. Sullivan is the Incumbent, that will only confuse voters more. Neither claim is true and only makes Trump, Blanche and the GOP seem desperate. Why pile on with these ridiculous claims instead of just sticking to the facts to make their case?

What law prevents two people with the same (or nearly the same) name from opposing each other publicly and running against one another in an election?
