If I did that they would have me before the Board of Professional Responsibility on the appearance of impropriety alone, even without an actual conflict. And I think there was a real conflict of interests for her as an attorney. Trump has no morals or ethics but she has duties as a professional to her governing body of whatever state she is licensed in, even if she is personally as morally bankrupt as Trump.

Ok Kristen, the difference between Trump&#39;s pardons vs Biden&#39;s pardons, is that Biden preemptively pardoned his family members because Trump was vowing retribution and had already proven that he is willing to use his power to target people, whether or not there&#39;s any evidence of a crime. In the case of Trump&#39;s preemptive pardons, he did so because he knows damn well his family has done all kinds of &quot;alleged&quot; corporate crimes.
