Make sure that this is not a recurrent situation. We are weary and suffering. Those responsible should be brought to justice. They have no regard for the well being of people except greed greed greed😷☠️💀

Cases of companies responsible for the 2015 haze are still only at the "investigation" stage, instead of being prosecuted, despite 11 years having passed. So from PAP's track record, it seems that the companies responsible this time could escape prosecution, at least for another 11 years. When the haze is over, people forget about it, and there is no longer any political pressure on the PAP to act, for fear of angering Indonesia.

In the end Shan is clearly the leader. Grace Fu is such a lightweight amateur compared to him.

The fire is burning in Indonesia but the REAL power to stop the fire is in the hand of the Singapore government.

This isn't a day 1 issue, this is an ongoing issue for close to 30 years and there are linked large organizations from those 7 named companies. It's big rabbit hole if you look at their board of directors, a few of them hold senior management positions in Singapore government organizations.

Talk Only No Action (NATO) lah from relevant Indonesian ministry for so many years ! Must use drones to pursue those who set fires to the pealands and forests . Bring them to courts and gives long term jails sentences.

Starting in mid-November, the Northeast Monsoon,
the wind changes direction by 180 degrees. Blowing from the northeast. It will push the haze far away into the Indian Ocean and the heavy rain will clean up the skies and make it clear again. Because of this, Indonesia is only now asking for help from Singapore/Malaysia. Why didn't they want to be helped a few months ago? Because they knew Singapore/Malaysia would be breathing clean air soon. When the wind turns from the Southwest to the Northeast around mid-November, the haze disappears, the air becomes clean again in Singapore/Malaysia, not in Indonesia. Therefore they are asking for help. loves to share the burden together.

Since when does oxygen originate from Indonesia? Oxygen is universal. Such remarks reflect poorly on a government official. 🙄

Singapore’s NEA says satellite and meteorological tracing linked part of the haze to fires on land owned/occupied by seven Indonesian companies in Sumatra: PT Bumi Andalas Permai, PT Bumi Mekar Hijau, PT SBA Andalas Wood Industries, PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng, PT Sumatera Alam Anugerah, PT Hutan Lestari Raya, and PT Bangkanesia.
Context: three of them—Bumi Andalas Permai, Bumi Mekar Hijau and SBA Andalas Wood Industries—had also received notices in the 2015 haze crisis, and Singapore says those cases remain open. Bumi Andalas Permai and Bumi Mekar Hijau are listed as suppliers to APP Group, but APP says its suppliers have a “zero-burning policy.”
Separately, Greenpeace says its Aug–1 Oct 2026 haze-source dataset links Kuala Lumpur Kepong (KLK)—via PT Menteng Jaya Sawit Perdana—and four Singapore-linked concessions: PT Damai Agro Sejahtera (Bumitama Agri), PT Kayung Agro Lestari, PT Mitra (First Resources/Fangiono links), and PT Arjuna Utama Sawit (First Borneo Plantations). KLK responded that most fires at PT MJSP originated beyond its concession, were put out, and that it has a zero-burning policy.
Singapore Exchange also queried Indonesia-facing plantation firms: Kencana Agri and Bumitama Agri reported fires spreading into concessions they manage; Wilmar said only small areas were affected and fires originated outside its estates; Golden Agri-Resources said it was not aware of evidence implicating its operations. Indonesian police have also named nine palm-oil companies as suspects, but publicly available reports say the companies were not identified.
