16.5 per cent of the retail price plus £7.07 on a packet of 20 - that's how much the government thieves (+ 20% VAT and tax on manufacturing, transport, shops, etc. etc. ect.)
In the uk you can buy a can of alcohol for less than £3 and cigarettes are £18 so you can stop smoking and become a alcoholic fair deal
