(Foreign = non-EEA citizens)<br>Ban all corporations and trusts from owning residential properties. <br>Give first home purchases tax-free on 50 sq m for individual purchase and 80 sq m for couple purchase. <br>Any additional home purchase should be taxed double, triple, and so on. (Nobody needs more than one home residence).<br>No asylum application accepted for non-European nationals
