Remembering the victims of the Nova Music Festival attack, 3 years later

Israelis gathered on Oct. 7 to commemorate the three-year anniversary of the Hamas-led attacks that killed 1,200 people and saw 251 taken hostage. It’s the first year where all hostages have returned home, including those taken at the site of the Nova Music Festival.

The attacks sparked the devastating Israel-Hamas war in Gaza, which has left much of the territory in ruins and its two million residents living in dire conditions.
