It's mostly showing that first past the post doesn't work when you have 5 parties. The PQ are set for less than 30% of the vote. And separatism isn't much more popular. Which means they probably don't want another referendum that they would lose so badly it would basically kill the idea of a referendum for the foreseeable future.
BTW the most popular political leader in Quebec is ... Mark Carney!
