What other Clubs are also cheating like Man City and at this level? All that Middle East Money and Influence in Football doesn’t sit well with us!!!

they need to be stripped of everything in that time and barred in progressing going forward (points deduction, financial penalties and transfer bans)
@TerribleEnglish
Craig keeps saying "it appears" and "allegedly" as if there's not been any verdict .. what's his problem?
@RollOnToVictory
SMU..... DEATH PENALTY!!!!! No football for a whole year!!!!

I think the appeals process needs to play out before we speculate and believe me i hope its punitively harsh to the point the next time they are in the premier league they look like a new club. Just this could still take some time to play out in courts

How many current city players want to be associated with a fraud organization is the question! If those players who are in their 20’s want a future without guilty associations they need to consider their options and look into getting out of their contracts and move on in the January Window! Follow Pep’s example!. Now that City has been found guilty of fraud the current players probably have legal standing to exit their contracts. City fans! Making excuses is holding on to false hope! Think of it like an aggressive cancer, pretending the diagnosis was wrong or the diagnoser was biased only delays possible solutions. Take your club back!

The fact that now they're trying to change their story from their claims in the UEFA/CAS hearing, double whatever the punishment was going to be. In the CAS hearing, City claimed NONE of this money came from public funds. Now they're claiming ALL of it was public funding. IT'S STILL NOT SPONSORSHIP REVENUE. And Burnham is now a TOOL of their sports washing.

Relegation to championship would be the lightest of punishment. A tough example has to be set so that nobody could even dare to repeat this level of financial doping.

They literally did the same practice for 10 years knowing that it was illegal. All the players like Aguero, Silva etc that were involved wouldn't be at their club if they were financed fairly. 10 years of literal deception and unfair advantage in PL

Relegation to atleast League 1, minus 60 points, multiple year transfer ban. But most probably they will get away with all of them because of bribing and politics from UAE
@andrewbilson3422
ESPN absolutely milking this story 😭

They 100% continued the same way after 2018. Nobody can convince me otherwise. That Haaland deal in 2022 looks more suspicious right now, no way they got him for £51 million.

Their revenues from 2018–26 have to be investigated too. And the worst thing is Dortmund probably knew about the Haaland deal and could potentially be involved too. The German FA might get involved in the investigation process as well.
@ThePeejayjohnson
The Premier league are finished now our best teams like City and will play on the international stage. And dinosaur teams like the Rags can rot!

Money laundering and cheating at this scale started with Chelsea back in 2004, then PSG and Man City. All these clubs owned by oligarchs from US, Middle East and Russia should be investigated and punished, they destroyed football.
@tonytellingitlikeitis5708
Man City are going to need a total rebrand. That current logo is associated with cheating and deceit of the highest order. The Emiratis should be stripped of the club, new owners in and a new logo associated with moving on from the recent dirty past.

The EPL sat on their hands for years with City. Now they want to do something about it when it is far too late.

@kennethellingsen5902
Force them to sell the club to the Glazers...!
@christonchev9762
y lets say City are relegated to League 2 and those players stay then they will lose atleast 3y of their carrer for promotions and they have to lower their salarys drastically cause City won't be able to pay them also the sponsorships will be gone and they will have the one from their owners and all that is if they end up at the top in just 3y

Solution is simple, punish them to the point no one will even think about cheating again. Strip all their titles, relegate them and prevent promotion for 9 years.
