How mentorship works
Mentorship Regulations
1. Mentors must deliver the sessions and materials described in their program listing.
2. All payments for mentorship programs are processed through Vidnexa. Arranging payment outside the platform is not allowed.
3. Mentors and mentees must communicate respectfully. Harassment, spam, or sharing another person's private information is prohibited.
4. A mentee may request a refund through Vidnexa support if a program does not start or a booked session is not held.
5. Vidnexa takes the platform commission shown at checkout from each enrolment payment; the remainder is the mentor's earnings.
6. Vidnexa may suspend a mentor or mentee account that breaks these regulations.
