Honestly, I don't know how or why Lt Gen Sibiya would compromise himself in this way. He is already at the centre of controversy surrounding SAPS and the allegations of cartel involvement, and the least he could have done was simply confine himself to his home and family and leave it at that. Honestly, this is even worse and more embarrassing than the SAPS shenanigans. What more was he looking for? People just never learn, and keep pushing their limits, hoping for the best even in the worst of situations.
