Individual who drink and do drugs. Shouldn't act like victims and Shouldn't be taken advantage of. But why over look the fact that they too are committing a crime.<br>Getting a pass on a crime because another crime happens isn't teaching anyone. that laws can be broken if a bigger crime happens your part in a crime never happened.

Donald Trumps name should be adorned on this new law ' BADLY ' .

Donald Trump wants his name everywhere in our American minds and public places. Maybe adding his name on this new law would be just the notoriety he deserves and might help to change cavalier ideas and attitudes. Sad but extremely factual

Sex out-of-Wedlock is Rape. Law doesn't care if kids consent, the unmarried consent, a prisoner consents, or thr insane consent. All groups are ineligible to consent to sex. Cops will tell you that your consent means nothing if you duel and knife a man to death, if you commit domestic violence & the girl says "she deserved." And hand-shake law is not recognized, consent is a contract and contracts need to be in writing filed under marriage license. Ergo, sex out-of-Wedlock is Rape
