I was in Tokyo a few years back around this time of year. Had no idea that it was their typhoon season😂 I live in Florida for a few years. Let me tell you! Their typhoons hit a lot different than our hurricanes 😂

I live in Japan.<br><br>None of this is true. <br><br>Literally look at the footage you&#39;re displaying. You&#39;re showing reservoirs that were specifically built as part of our cities infrastructure correctly working to handle periods of heavy rain mainly due to typhoons. <br><br>2 million people were not ordered to evacuate yesterday. We did get a warning if there are elderly in our house to prepare in advance in case it got to the point that we&#39;d have to evacuate. <br><br>Thats all. <br><br>Your news station sucks and what you are reporting is not true.

In all fairness, they are always preferred for things like this. And have markings everywhere noting where flood levels are likely to be so that people can get to height quickly, there&#39;s also strong legislation when building to ensure people can move to safe places easily.<br><br>There will be damage, but very unlikely to be loss of life. They expect this all the time. And there are still worse disasters that are expected within the next 30 years that they are fully prepared for.

Japan is one of the most well prepared countries Ive ever lived in, Went through numerous Typhoons and Earthquakes and never an issue, most from my 13 floor apartment. Coastal regions are pretty risky though everywhere.🇺🇸✌🏻🍻
