That's funny, I predicted that Putin would sweep to power with a monstrous majority only a few months back. I mean, it's not hard to win power when there is only one party to vote for! The Russian people must be dumb, or terrified. I suspect the latter as politicians don't get super-rewarded for destroying the economy and damaging the living standards of ordinary people like never before. Have you checked out the 'tightly controlled' elections in Ireland? How about Germany where Mertz's Euro Fascists tried to prevent a democratically elected party, the AfD, from forming a government? How about the UK and the attempts by Labour and the Tories to prevent Reform and Restore from campaigning in elections?
