May I say, it is good to connect to Singapore. It could be the bridge to south east Asia as well. An opportunity beneficial to all parties. It is like throwing a stone into a river which causes a wave that connects eventually to other shores.
Singapore is looking at Canada as a potential energy source as it anticipates further fuel disruptions from the Middle East. This is part of deepening cooperation in areas that also include supply chain resilience and AI, with some deals potentially ready to be sealed within the next few months. Singapore Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan shared this after wrapping up his official visit to Ottawa. Sherlyn Seah has more.
