Musa Kekana, who is accused one in the trial of Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and four others, has told the Gauteng High Court that the vehicle, which was allegedly used in the 2024 murder of Vereeniging engineer Armand Swart belonged to a tenant who lived on his property.
Kekana is testifying in a trial-within-a-trial, in which he is fighting to have evidence obtained against him deemed inadmissible in court.
Kekana, Matlala and three others are accused of conspiring and attempting to kill Matlala's former partner, Tebogo Thobejane, taxi boss, Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni, and music producer, Seunkie Mokubung.
