Henry Ford figured it out all those years ago: if he was to sell the Model T, then his workers would need a living wage in order to purchase them. Even if America gets its way, and moves all manufacturing to the US -- Canadian workers, who are the greatest foreign importers of American vehicles, by far, wouldn&#39;t have the income or desire to purchase these vehicles. Something that seems to be continually getting lost in the sauce is the fact that the U.S administration added last minute conditions to the agreement that would give the United States veto power over any and all trade agreements between Canada and OTHER countries. THAT is why we walked away from negotiations, and that&#39;s what Greer has never mentioned.
