SameVoice — same voice, another language

See it in action

Forty seconds: the real app, its real screens, and the idea behind it.

Start today — your voice and your people

This is the app you can download right now, live on Google Play.

Enroll your voice

Read a few short phrases — about two minutes. Your consent is recorded first, in plain language, and your voice is yours: withdraw at any time and it is deleted.

Add your people

Family anywhere in the world, each with the language they speak. Big, clear Elder Mode cards keep parents and grandparents one tap away.

Voice messages

Record in your language — they hear it in theirs, spoken in your own voice: your pitch, your rhythm, your laugh. No robotic stand-in.

Emergency phrases

Eight essential phrases in seven languages, spoken aloud by your phone's own voice when it matters most — clearly labelled, ready offline.

Scheduled-call reminders

Plan the call home and SameVoice reminds you — because the best call is the one that actually happens.

Private by design

Your chats and calls travel over VidNexa's own servers so they can reach your people — encrypted in transit, never sold, and no ads. Your voice is used only with your recorded consent: withdraw it and it is deleted.

99 languages strong — 1,100+ in the long tail

The languages other translators leave behind are the ones SameVoice starts with. Families mix languages mid-sentence; SameVoice follows the switch.

Tier A · ~99 languages

Strongest recognition

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Swahili, Lingala, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Amharic and the rest of the ~99 — the languages families actually speak, recognised best.

Tier B · 1,100+ languages

The long tail

Tshiluba, Kikongo, Kituba and more — the long tail no other translator serves. Accuracy there is labelled honestly in the app, with the transcript always visible.

Questions

The short, honest answers.

Does SameVoice upload my voice?

Your voice enrollment stays on your phone. When you send a voice message or join a call, the audio travels — encrypted in transit — through VidNexa's own SameVoice engine so it can be translated and spoken in your voice for the person you are talking to. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers, and your voice is used only with your recorded consent: withdraw it and it is deleted.

Are live calls available now?

Yes. Live translated chat and voice & video calls — with live translated captions — are live in version 0.2.0 on Google Play. Update the app, create your free account, enroll your voice and add your people, and you can call.

Which languages does it speak?

About 99 languages with the strongest recognition — including Lingala, Swahili, French and English — and a long tail of 1,100+ more, including Tshiluba, Kikongo and Kituba. Mixing languages mid-sentence is normal; SameVoice follows the switch.

What does it cost?

SameVoice is free to download and use today — nothing is charged in this version, by design. A Family plan is planned for later: one payer covers the whole family circle, and the elder side is never charged.

SameVoice is made by VidNexa LLC — the team behind vidnexa.com.
