The President of Poland, his delegation, and his subordinates deserve to be condemned for traveling to Senegal—a country that represses LGBTQiA+ people and imprisons individuals because of their homosexual or bisexual orientation. It is shameful and dishonorable for the President of the Republic of Poland and his delegation to engage in such conduct; the president of a democratic state governed by the rule of law—a member of the European Union and NATO—is seen standing alongside representatives of homophobia and biphobia from a repressive nation.
The problem is that Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, a candidate endorsed as one of their own by Donald Tusk and pushed through Parliament by the coalition centred around him for appointment as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, was not approved by the President of the Republic of Poland for that position.

Not only did this individual declare herself to be a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, but she also, without any legal basis whatsoever (sic!), issued an order proclaiming herself President of the Constitutional Tribunal.

In doing so, she committed an act of treason against the constitutional order — a coup d’état — together with Donald Tusk.
This was all started by the previous party, PIS, who threw out judges and appointed their own. Now the courts in Poland will forever be a battleground where the winning party tries to get their judges in. Thanks PIS.
Let's guess FJazeera is backing Tusk cause as a 'liberale' he's necessarily on the right side of the law as opposed to PIS who as 'nationalists' have racist tendencies.
