Singapore's central bank is setting aside S$30 million to encourage insurance companies to invest more in infrastructure projects across Asia. The push comes as Asia-Pacific insurers hold more than US$10 trillion in investable assets, but allocate only around one to two per cent to infrastructure. CNA speaks to Benjamin Goh, Head of Research and Investor Education at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore).
