He's having trouble processing the consequences because, as a star athlete, he's been allowed to break the rules for as long as he can remember.
When I was younger and smoked, I always held it with my left hand, opened the window a bit, held it right at the window, and obviously blew the smoke directly out the window. And even then, I always had the travel Febreze bottle and gave a little squirt. One thing I never did was use the "smell like weed cologne" lol

As soon as they said Scottsdale Police I knew he was screwed. They are so corrupt. They basically arrested him because of the smell. The swerving six times was 100% being on his phone and nothing to with alcohol or weed.
For those that smoke marijuana, unless you're caught with it the police and the courts cannot prove the last time you smoked being that marijuana stays in your system for a minimum of thirty days.

All these comments thinking smoking and driving is fine are looney tunes. The cop had reasonable suspicion with the smell, swerving AND failing the memory test. No matter what people want to believe, it's proven weed affects your reaction time and focus for driving and it's absolutely correct to criminalize.
