A doctor can be sued for prescribing medication that harms a person. Why wouldn't mental health care be under the same standards. Yet again, someone said that Lindsay said... That was during confidential therapy and determination of medication that was insane.

Seems like a lot of people let these children down as well as Lindsey. There seems to be a specific gender bias as well. If we heard that a man who is highly medicated and has a history of mental illness, was being left alone to care for three children people would have a completely different response
This is inaccurate! During the deposition Lindsay Clancy said she was innocent. Her lawyer was cornered because he was not able to split his arguments and had to choose the insanity defence over trying to prove her innocence.

Lindsay Clancy is the ONLY ONE responsible for the horrible murders of 8 month old Callan, 3 year old Dawson, 5 year old Cora and no one else. She got more mental health care than 95% of people and she still didn't even follow their instructions. Thousands and thousands of women around the world have postpartum psychosis every year and don't murder their children. She is the only one to blame.

It’s over public cannot be sympathetic at this point. She sent her husband out after an ideally day to get special takeout to pick up a prescription. He thought he was gonna come home and get lucky kids were already. Cora was in a robe. They are already eating a quick dinner the kids. Dawson was found just in his underwear. Did he spill something on his shirt that set her off he was clearly deceased when they found him alone and his dad‘s office. I don’t buy that there wasn’t some sort of trouble in their marriage. I now believe that’s why they had the third baby. Was it all the other nasty stuff people said no. He himself said by the beginning of January he had had enough that’s why she was admitted for five days. She was taking selfies as they were taking her out of the ER on a section 12 to the next hospital, which is policy because of transfer. Section 12 is mandated commitment. Nobody has any personal accountability. Patrick and his and her mother made a decision that night in December to not take extra extraordinary measures to get her help and committed. To not remove her from the home and take her to Connecticut with her mom. Connecticut would’ve had helped your providers with fresh eyes. Lindsey would’ve been cold on the carpet. She was loosen all through September October, November, December, and most of January. These people didn’t have any trouble lawyer and did they. They could’ve got a lawyer and had her committed. They could’ve got a lawyer that would help her find impatient. There were numerous mental health roads they didn’t travel. That night they could’ve called the mobile healthcare crisis unit to come to the house because she said she was gonna harm the kids. Personal accountability. Instead, it’s a Giant Moneygram to replace three children that will never come back.

I’m curious about this cause I specifically remember hearing about it so while I am specifically asking about it, the reason being is that I remember them talking about it.

GREED.<br>And in today's medical world when it comes to annual checkups with important doctors, the doctors don't offer a change in medications after years of any patients being prescribed a medication that is old and there have been newer medications on the market that serve the same purposes as the old medications, with the newer medications also having fewer side effects, esp those that are annoying daily side effects.

Why does Lindsay have a Jefferson fracture (fell directly in her head) but no attempt to break her fall? Body temp 82 degrees, Patrick had the seroquel inj his car but it ended up on her in toxic doses on her tox screen. Evidence suggests she didn’t kill them… no case!
