It might not be a popular statement, but I give credit to the senior management by not taking the easy option and firing Carrick at the earliest opportunity. They held their nerve on it.
What is Oggy on?? Klopp or Guardiola? Based on the club's they've built their legends on they are about the only managers who could never come to united. There are a dozen top quality managers who are better than a second tier club like United now are (I say that as a fan). You dream of getting an Emery, gasperini or Glasner, who have better footballing options but might come for Money and brand kudos
A manager that has lost the dressing room is not going to last very long, very rare and almost impossible to turn this arround. so the board is wasting more of the season by doing nothing to change it. you can't just remove soo many squad players even though it should be done. not working like that.
Fabrizio said that whenever things don’t go as planned, the manager gets sacked while the players take no responsibility. So maybe that’s why Carrick hasn’t been sacked yet: to hold the players accountable for their terrible performances. IMO, that’s a good thing, but…

If that’s true, why didn’t ETH or Amorim get the same treatment? Are we gonna drop more crucial points because of this decision? How many points will we throw away, and how long will this go on?

The other side of the story might be that they can’t afford to sack Carrick and his assistants, pay compensation, AND hire a new manager and his staff. They’re looting us and have no clue how to run a club properly.

They’re tryna keep him till the international break. If Carrick somehow wins even one game, he’ll probably be here till Christmas.

They had a philosophy after sacking ETH and hired Amorim, whose system aligned with it. Then they sacked him and appointed Carrick, whose entire system goes against that philosophy. At Utd, they change the philosophy every time they sack a manager. That was INEOS’ first mistake. The second was appointing a PE teacher as the permanent manager.

Old Trafford is falling apart. The new stadium is delayed. The philosophy keeps changing. PE teachers keep getting permanent jobs. Fans have 0 ball knowledge and put player favouritism above the club. The hierarchy has 0 ball knowledge and recruitment is a mess. Terrible squad. Nobody wants out players. Nobody is leaving my club. The academy isn’t producing world-class players. The owners are looting the club.

This club is beyond saving. Devastating!
Thank goodness Carrick wasn’t sacked after all – that means Manchester United fans will be able to watch their favourite club play in the Championship division next season 🤣🤣🤣
Carrick has been set up to fail by the owners. They failed to properly strengthen the squad in the summer and now due to injuries , Carrick is bereft of ideas with a weakened squad.
Man, I bet you my managerial career in Fifa would do better than Carrick, I would bet my next check that if you put my managerial career team with only youth scouted players up against carrick and his starting 11, that i'm taking a 5-0 win. Thats how bad Man U are.
If it's too much for Carrick do you think he has the integrity to resign or hold out for a sacking equalling a massive payout? He's rich enough without having to worry about losing his self respect on getting fired and getting even more money.

It's a lucrative industry and your not in it.
did Dan even listen to anything Ogden said
he already explained why they haven’t made the decision and then he asks it again 2:24

listen up Dan
Why aren’t we discussing premier league champions getting defeated by 4th division side which sits at 18th. This is such an embarrassment to premier league. But if man united lost against Grimsby it would be airing everywhere from Alaska to Australia, Arctic to Antarctic, USA to Russia. This is a distraction from discussing the actual story. This clearly shows espn is run by Red cartel consisting of Arsenal and Liverpool
