The labor government spending jumped during the pandemic, fell briefly afterward, and has since risen to record highs—both in total dollars and as a share of the economy. It is now above 27% of GDP and about $28,000 per person, well above pre-pandemic levels.

the coalition has done absolutely nothing to prove they are the better economic party. Every year under Albo is another budget surplus. Over and over again labor prove they're better at managing Australias money and economy.

Government spending in not the root of current inflation it is a couple of wars ,corporate profiteering and AI spending combining internationally.
Anyone selling this garbage narrative is either simply lying or hasn't any understanding how the monetary system works. If you aren't concerned about the level of private debt in the world economy you have no idea of the impending financial disaster.

We are only waiting for the final trigger for the next financial crisis . And instead of selling bonds to the wealthy we to slow monetary flows we should be taxing that money back out of the economy.

This neo-liberal nonsense has to stop or we are doomed to an economy that grows ever desperately divided by the accumulated wealth of the few.
Bin the nonsense of arbitrary numbers and garbage non solutions like interest rate and spending cuts.

Labor needs to stop spending, not taxing. You cannot tax your way to wealth. And lets never forget, governments dont have any money except yours.
