Fareed is SO naïve. UNBELIEVABLE! He simply cannot see what is really happening. OF COURSE, the US has had to tell our 'allies' we may not defend them... because they have ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to spend their own money on defense. I cannot believe that Fareed is so dense. He is just like THEM. They are upset that we are now requiring them to pay. EVERYONE JUST WANTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE USA. Its kinda like the PLAGERISM that Fareed is guilty of... taking advantage of someone else's work. Unbelievable. Wake up. Life is real. It takes hard work and clear thinking to survive and prosper. Socialism/communism completely undermines that. Free enterprise is a beautiful liberty that causes more prosperity for more people BY FAR. Nothing else comes remotely close. It take personal responsibility -- something Fareed knows very little about.

Utmost respect for Radislaw Sikorski; our NATO ally Poland; the Polish people’s very hard history under Stalin &amp; Hitler.<br><br>Musk did not understand how to interact with Indians (and so many other people) because he’s on the spectrum.<br><br>He’s been described as the smartest 15 year-old in the world. The national security of India can&#39;t depend on any foreign government. No country can. The USA is not trustworthy.<br>The way UN was constructed gives five nations a security council veto. The UN probably would not exist without the veto and the veto has been used to allows South Africa to perpetuate Apartheid for a time and has been used to protect Israel from its own behavior.<br>These are poor uses of a UN veto, and are a net negative for the credibility of the whole institution called UN.

I was about to buy a starlink network for my home in Australia but went another way based on I no longer trust musk. When countries, like India are doing, it will start to hit home. It is sad to watch the US slip down globally- even sadder because it is intentionally being dismantled

I find China to be more consistent and reliable that the USA. China has it&#39;s a century of humiliation in it&#39;s past after ignoring corruption. The USA has it&#39;s implosion due to corruption in the near future.

Our current Indian regime did everything the US asked of it. We even campaigned for Trump on US soil. And what did we get in return? Tariffs, Indian seafarers killed, US interference in our bilateral issues with Pakistan, and now the prospect of an unjust US–India trade deal that could hurt our farmers and manufacturers. It&#39;s not working because of 3 things<br>1. India is a low per capita income country. Starlink monthly plans and equipment costs are huge. So people aren&#39;t losing on anything<br>2. It&#39;s not that anyone else has got a license and Musk&#39;s company is being singled out. <br>3. The national security question. Indians may have low per capita income but they are way more geopolitically aware than people of any nation on earth. Musk&#39;s conduct hasn&#39;t been particularly helpful. The way he is manipulating elections in America, interfering in domestic politics of Europe, strangling Ukraine&#39;s defences, the whole world is seeing it. So when the Indian govt says it&#39;s a national security question to handover such a critical infrastructure to a foreign trillionaire with questionable conduct, large part of the population back the govt. And India isn&#39;t alone. Europe and Canada are behaving in the same manner.
