Smart people do not need it
@daledevernon56
Smart glasses are going nowhere and as illegally blind person I will keep on wearing them because these same people who are complaining about perverts never did so when people were using smartphones, spyware and even conventional cameras to do exactly the same these are just opportunist people jumping on the Facebook and meta bandwagon to possibly get a payout.

Why do they HAVE to be able to record. They could just use sensors for space tracking, if they will ever even do that.

I love them. I do a lot of motorbike racing and get circuit times each lap from an app. I used to wear AirPods but with the crash helmet on, the AirPods would press hard into my ears. I also wear prescription glasses. So a combined camera and glasses are perfect.

Nope... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sorry but regular people care about being recorded by anyone at anytime completely anonymously, it's a huge invasion of privacy, but of course BBC would be laundering the reputation of these glasses
