Bravo French students!! We need an international protest on cost of living etc. vs.global oligarchs & the Epstein class !

This is a riot, not a protest. Protesters don't loot, commit acts of violence, and burn down buildings.

There needs to be some perspective. Many financial and economic factors beyond the government's control have impacted - Covid, Ukraine war, US's pointless war with Iran, etc. Inflation is a global problem. Rising debt is a global problem. Don't forget as well - police are humans, not robots. They're doing their jobs. Rioters need to be treated harshly. This clown being interviewed by the presenter is biased. Media are always quick to blame police all the time. Makes things worse. Police deserve respect for doing such a difficult job

I don't think the French state is willing to get into further debt to fund more giveaways. Any new money will likely be spent repairing the schools the rioters burned down (I doubt they were actually students who burned the schools and attacked the teachers).

Financially broke country, but the people still want to go deeper into debt for liberal spending habit. The revolving credit door is slowly getting stuck due to decades of uses. People just want to spend, but don't want to work for it. This channel make it look like it a noble thing to demand these spend habit. Thank for helping France get where they are today France 24!
