Moab was designed to clear landing zones in forested areas. It wouldn’t do anything to a bunker as it’s an airburst weapon, not a penetrator.
MOAB is a concussive bomb that blasts a wave outward, but it’s gonna be useless against a bunker, especially without access to a direct tunnel leading to it, which they won’t have.
