911 is capable of identifying where the call is coming from, if it's from a prison. They should have known it was a real call. Nobody is forced to work for the Department of Corrections as a Nurse or a Physician in a State were the death penalty exists. If you apply and accept the position willingly, you should know this is a possibility. This is not a good excuse. The administration of the prison is at fault, and the administrator already resigned.
